Homelander Milk AI Meme: The Spilled-Milk Kitchen Clip, Explained

TL;DR — The Homelander milk AI meme is a 16-second TikTok from October 28, 2026: a Homelander look-alike makes cocoa, a Butcher look-alike pours milk on the counter, and the hero stares. NS7 Films posted it, it reached 478,300 plays in a day, and it's set to Julio Iglesias's "Con la misma piedra". You can put yourself and a friend in it with 1 or 2 photos on Seadanse's Homelander Milk AI page.

The top comment under NS7's Homelander milk clip is just "oi", with 3,112 likes. Another viewer called the kitchen spill "the reason why they are enimies", pulling 84 likes.

Plenty of viewers also asked what AI made it. You've probably seen the video pop up on your feed, and you're wondering why everyone's talking about a counter flooded with milk.

We watched every second of it to break down what's going on. Here's what happens second by second, why it's funny, who made it, the dog clip and song behind it, how it spread, and how you can make your own.

What Is the Homelander Milk AI Meme?

The Homelander milk AI meme is a short viral video where two look-alikes try to make hot cocoa, and one of them dumps the milk on the counter. The video runs for 16 seconds as one continuous shot from a low camera at counter height.

Here's what happens in the 16 seconds:

• The cocoa: In a warm home kitchen with oak cabinets and a granite counter. A Homelander look-alike in the blue suit, red cape and red gloves spoons cocoa into a red mug. You can see a little pile of spilled cocoa already on the counter.
• The kettle: A Butcher look-alike in a long black coat pours hot water from a steel kettle into the mug. He turns away to the back counter right after.
• The milk jug: The hero smiles and lifts the mug off the counter. Butcher comes back holding a white plastic jug of milk.
• The spill (about 13 seconds in): Butcher pours the milk straight onto the bare counter where the mug just stood. The milk splashes into a wide white puddle across the granite.
• The stare: The hero's smile drops. He holds the red mug in both gloved hands and stares at Butcher, perfectly still, while Butcher shrugs and makes excuses.

There's no talking in the clip, only the song playing in the background. That means the whole joke is the hero's face.

Why the Homelander Milk Clip Is So Funny

The Homelander milk clip is funny because the most powerful man in the show is reduced to a silent, furious stare over spilled milk. In The Boys, milk is Homelander's running obsession, and that's why the clip lands.

We read the comments under the clip, and you'll see viewers loving the absurdity. One viewer wrote, "sinceramente esto podria ser canon" ("honestly this could be canon"). Another person wrote, "this was actually where the problem between butcher and homelander began".

The comedy works because neither character breaks character during the mess. A viewer wrote, "im ngl this is the first ai vid i genuinely laughed at 💀". Another fan said, "I need a sticker of butcher when he leans back disappointed 🤣".

The comments read it as the start of the feud. Viewers treat a ruined mug of cocoa like the spark that kicked off their entire rivalry.

Who Made the Homelander Milk AI Video?

The Homelander milk AI video was posted by the TikTok account NS7 Films on October 28, 2026, with the caption "When you drop Homelander's Milk...". By the next morning, the clip reached 478,300 plays, 54,100 likes, 723 comments and 15,300 shares.

The account promotes the nsketch.ai app across its posts. You'll notice its videos carry an nsketch.ai watermark, and its profile bio points to tools the creator uses.

Here's NS7's Homelander milk run:

• October 6: An earlier Homelander milk AI clip, about 13,000 plays.
• October 15: "When they don't let you drink your milk in peace", about 87,000 plays.
• October 20: "Homelander vibing after drinking milk", 263,000 plays, so the spill clip wasn't NS7's first hit with the joke.
• October 28: The spill clip, 478,300 plays in its first day.

The day before, NS7 posted the same kitchen clip with two other TV characters, pulling 217,000 plays. That means the kitchen scene came first, and the creator swapped in the superhero look-alikes right after.

The Dog Coffee Fail Clip Behind the Homelander Milk Meme

The Homelander milk meme borrows its beats from an earlier AI clip called the "Dog Coffee Fail". If you've seen that clip, you'll know the setup: it runs about 17 seconds, vertical, and builds the exact same physical comedy.

In the dog clip, two golden retrievers in cream bibs make coffee at a kitchen counter. The big dog pours from a coffee pot, while the puppy spoons in ground coffee and spills it on the counter. Then the milk misses the mug completely and floods the granite, and the big dog covers its eyes with its paws.

NS7's version keeps the same kitchen counter, the same pour, the same spilled grounds, and the same flooded milk puddle. The dogs become a Homelander look-alike and a Butcher look-alike, and the eye-cover turns into an unblinking superhero stare.

Who first posted the dog clip isn't confirmed. Even so, that original animal clip gave the creator the exact comedy blueprint for the superhero version.

What Song Is in the Homelander Milk AI Meme?

The song in the Homelander milk AI meme is Julio Iglesias's "Con la misma piedra", a Spanish ballad. The viral kitchen clip uses about 17 seconds of the official recording.

TikTok lists the clip's sound as "original sound - NS7". That label can confuse you, but it's that exact Julio Iglesias track playing under the video.

The title means "with the same stone", taken from the Spanish saying about tripping over the same stone twice. You can hear it across social media, where the track powers its own reels trend with 672K reels on Instagram as people confess mistakes they keep repeating.

It fits a clip where one guy messes up the cocoa and the other floods the counter. The slow, dramatic ballad turns a clumsy kitchen accident into an over-the-top drama.

Make Your Own Homelander Milk AI Video

Our Homelander Milk AI generator lets you recreate the viral clip right in your browser. You can build the whole kitchen scene with 1 or 2 photos.

Photo 1 is the one who spills the milk. Photo 2 is the caped hero who stares, and whoever is in photo 2 always wears a plain charcoal-grey suit with a red cape and red gloves. If you only upload one photo, the page creates a made-up adult partner for the hero's spot.

You get a vertical video of about 15 seconds, a new scene that follows the clip's moves beat for beat in a kitchen just like it, with the song playing from the first second. One 720p video costs $9.90, paid once without any sign-up or subscription, and you can also pick 480p or 1080p.

Is the Homelander Milk Video Real or AI?

The Homelander milk video is AI: TikTok labels it AI-generated, and the two men are look-alikes, not the show's footage. The creator also tagged #ai right in the video caption.

You can still find viewers in the comments who thought the milk was real. One viewer wrote, "Que desperdicio de comida" ("what a waste of food"), getting 266 likes, until someone replied, "Down, es IA" ("it's AI"), with 50 likes.

We counted 18 comments that bring up AI directly. Most viewers caught on quickly and started asking how they could build their own versions.

The clip never aired on the TV show. It's a fan-made video created with computer tools, using characters that look like the ones on TV.
