The hero (AI cast)
Homelander Milk AI is the AI video trend where two people are put into a kitchen clip: one pours the milk straight onto the counter, and the other, in a caped superhero suit, lifts his red mug, stops smiling and stares them down. People also call it the Homelander milk meme, "When you drop Homelander's milk" and Homelander and Butcher AI.
On October 28, 2026, a TikTok post captioned "When you drop Homelander's Milk..." put AI-made versions of Homelander and Billy Butcher from The Boys into the kitchen clip. Homelander, in his caped suit, lifts his red mug, and Billy Butcher, in a long black coat, pours the milk onto the counter. The video had more than 475,000 views on October 29, 2026. One of its top comments reads "when the milk fell".
The clip runs as one continuous shot in a home kitchen, filmed low at counter height: the hot water poured into the red mug, the hero smiling as he lifts the mug, the milk poured onto the bare counter where the mug stood, the smile that drops, the long stare and the shrug. The song under it is "Con la misma piedra" by Julio Iglesias, a Spanish-language ballad, with no dialogue.
People make their own video with two people, one for each part: the one who spills the milk and the caped hero. You put in the friend who always makes the mess and the one left staring in disbelief. The kitchen, the moves and the song stay the same. The video goes up on TikTok and Reels.
Seadanse builds the kitchen clip, the caped hero suit and the original song into our Homelander Milk AI generator. Add one photo and you are the one who spills the milk. Add a second photo to pick the caped hero, or we cast an AI hero for that spot. The generator makes a 15-second vertical 9:16 video for TikTok and Reels in 480p, 720p or 1080p, with no watermark on exported video. One 720p video is $9.90, with no sign-up.

"Con la misma piedra" by Julio Iglesias, a Spanish-language ballad. There is no dialogue. Every video made here comes with the original song from the first second, so there is no sound to add.
Photo 1 is the one who spills the milk, and photo 2 is the caped hero. The one who spills the milk pours the hot water, pours the milk onto the bare counter, then shrugs and makes an excuse. The caped hero wears the caped hero suit, lifts the red mug, stops smiling and stares until the last second. The order of the photos picks who is who, so put your friend's photo first and yours second to be the caped hero yourself.
No. One photo is enough, and you are the one who spills the milk. We cast an AI hero for the caped hero's spot, in the caped hero suit. Add a second photo to pick the caped hero yourself. Every video has both parts, and one photo or two photos cost the same.
