The Calcanhar 2 dance is a viral heel-tap step from Rio de Janeiro's passinho charme, the dance of Rio's charme parties to R&B and soul. People post it on TikTok and Reels, and many make it with AI from a photo, with one lead in front and two dancers behind.
The name "Calcanhar 2" is Portuguese for "heel, two", which is the first call of the dance teacher's count. The full count says: "Calcanhar, dois. Calcanhar, dois, diagonal. Diagonal para trás. Abre, volta. Abre, volta, cruzou. Agora coloca a intensidade." In English, that means: heel, two, on the diagonal; diagonal back; open, back; open, back, cross; now put in the intensity. The step follows the count: tap your heel twice, step out on the diagonal, step back on the diagonal, open and close your feet, cross them, and dance it with attitude.
Brown Andrade, a Brazilian passinho charme dance teacher, teaches this step to "Family Affair" by Mary J. Blige with his voice counting it. From October 27, 2026, his YouTube channel posted AI shorts of famous faces doing the step, among them Neymar, Harry Kane and Lamine Yamal, passing 6 million views in a week. From October 28, 2026, CapCut templates copied the clips, and the step spread across TikTok and Reels.
People make their own versions by putting one photo of themselves in front, with their friends or family dancing behind them. Ordinary people, family and friends can dance the routine together from their photos without learning the footwork.
Seadanse builds the step, the count, the camera, the red-curtain gala stage and the trend's original sound into our Calcanhar 2 dance generator. Add one photo and you dance as the lead in front in the middle. Add photos of your friends or family for the two spots behind you, or let a made-up dancer fill each empty spot. Add a photo of your place to dance there, and everyone stays themselves. Each finished project is a vertical 9:16 video running 13 seconds for TikTok and Reels, offered at 480p, 720p or 1080p. Exported videos carry no watermark, and a single 720p dance costs $9.90 with no sign-up required.
