TL;DR β The Oh he tweakin meme is a 2024 white-studio dating-show clip where a guy asks a woman to do a 360, says "Ooh, can you make it clap?", can't stop laughing, and she turns to the camera with "Oh, he tweaking". It came back on TikTok on October 21, 2026, as AI remakes with the original sound, under the name "Oh You Can Make It Cap". You can make your own with 1 or 2 photos on Seadanse's Oh You Can Make It Cap AI page.
If you've scrolled through TikTok recently, you've probably seen pairs of famous faces re-enacting an awkward white-studio date.
The top comment under the most-played remake on TikTok captures the confusion: "Now show us the AI version π«©" with 10,133 likes. The funny part is that the video they were watching was already AI from start to finish.
The trend spread so quickly that newcomers don't know where the clip started. Under a remake another viewer wrote "I can't find the originalβ¦" with 95 likes.
It's easy to see why people get lost when every remake looks like a genuine studio shoot.
Here's the full story behind the viral audio. We'll show you where the 2024 clip originated, why the line became famous, how the AI edits exploded in October 2026, and how to create your own version today.
What Is the Oh He Tweakin Meme?
The Oh he tweakin meme centers on a nine-shot dating interaction filmed inside a bare white studio.
The setup is simple: a guy and a woman stand across from each other, but the camera cuts back and forth between them without showing them together.
The entire clip plays out across five distinct beats:
- The ask: the guy throws an arm up: "let me see you do a 360".
- The spin: she flips her hair and does a full spin, and he says "Ooh, can you make it clap?"
- The laugh: he breaks into a long, high, giddy laugh with his hand over his mouth, while she smiles back.
- The call-out: she turns her eyes to the camera: "Oh, he tweaking".
- The comeback: he says "I'm tweaking, how?", and she answers "You tweaking".
The camera never shows them together: it cuts back and forth, one person per shot, nine times in about 14 seconds. The joke is his giddy, can't-stop laugh and her flat look into the camera.
What Does "Oh, He Tweaking" Mean?
"Oh, he tweaking" means he's acting strange or losing it. In the clip, the guy gets so flustered flirting that he can't stop laughing. She looks directly into the camera lens to point out how unhinged his reaction is.
When he asks "I'm tweaking, how?", she doesn't back down. She simply doubles down with "You tweaking". Her calm reaction makes his giddy laughing fit seem even funnier.
Why Is It Called "Oh You Can Make It Cap"?
The line in the clip is "Ooh, can you make it clap?", and the AI trend's captions spelled it "Oh you can make it cap".
That caption error caught on fast, and the phrase quickly became the trend's name across feeds.
Viewers still hear the original word through the captions. In fact, the top reply under one popular remake is simply "can you make it clap" with 3,859 likes.
Because "cap" is slang for a lie, some explainers read the title as a joke about lying. But the clip itself never says "cap" anywhere in the audio.
If you want to build your own scene with the audio, we've broken down how to make an Oh You Can Make It Cap AI video in four straightforward steps.
Where Does the Oh He Tweakin Clip Come From?
The Oh he tweakin clip is from 2024, a white-studio exchange in the style of "20 vs 1" dating shows (a YouTube dating show where 20 people take turns with one guest). It quickly circulated across multiple social channels:
- July 7, 2024: an Instagram repost captioned "Dude was tweaking π", which credits @quantesavage (2.1 million views).
- July 8, 2024: a YouTube Short titled "dude started tweaking fr ππ" earned 134,866 views by October 28, 2026.
- July 19, 2024: a TikTok repost with 7.6 million plays pushed the exchange into the mainstream.
- September 10, 2024: a TikTok repost captioned "Bro was tweaking π€£ #20vs1 #tweaking #dolphinlaugh" gathered 1.9 million plays.
Nobody has confirmed which show filmed it. Captions on early reposts credit @quantesavage, while some October 2026 tutorials say "RyanWitDaSauce", and promo captions tag "#Sidemen".
We searched through full episodes and comments, but found no full episode containing the scene.
The "20 vs 1" format is something several YouTube channels run, so the tag alone doesn't tell you which show it is. The two people in the clip are private people whose identities remain unconfirmed.

Is the Oh He Tweakin Video Real or AI?
The 2024 Oh he tweakin clip is real, and the October 2026 versions are AI. Because the new remakes look crisp and follow the original camera work closely, viewers often mistake them for real film sets.
Under one viral upload, a viewer wrote "First one not ai" with 1,820 likes, while a commenter on another video said "Ts gotta be ai" with 11 likes.
Under the 2024 YouTube Short, October 23 comments read "Who here from the ig post of ai lol" (63 likes) and "Ppl remixing this with AI is gold" (19 likes).
Good remakes are hard to tell from the real thing, and that's part of the joke.
