A week before your plan renews, you get an email about it
Every subscription that renews automatically now gets an email seven days before your card is charged: the plan, the renewal date, the amount, and a button to the billing page in case you would rather end it first. Before, you only got that warning if you had asked for one while cancelling, so for everyone else the charge on their card statement was the first word of it. Plans paid in advance or in crypto do not renew by themselves, so there is nothing to warn about.
Card payment didn't go through? Pay for the same thing with crypto
If you're signed in and a card payment doesn't go through, coming back to Seadanse now opens a window that lets you pay for the same credit pack or plan with crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH) right on that page. In regions where card payments are often declined, Pricing and the out-of-credits window also show a full-size "Pay with crypto" button with the price on it, next to the card button. Before, crypto was only a small link under the card button on Pricing.
AI Kiss, AI Hug and AI French Kiss now work without an account
On AI Kiss, AI Hug and AI French Kiss you no longer need to sign up first. Add your photos and press Create, which shows the price: one 720p video is $9.90, and the pages now open on 720p. Pay once and you come back to the same page, where your video starts on its own. To keep your videos and credits on any device, open the link in the email sent to the address you paid with and sign in.
Out of credits? Pick from every credit pack, and only plans above yours
When you run out of credits, the window that opens now lists all seven credit packs, from 500 to 20,000 credits, and shows how many $9.9 packs each one equals and how much you save. If you already have a plan, it only offers bigger plans, and on Pro it offers credit packs alone. On a phone, Plans and Credit packs sit on two tabs. Before, it showed a single pack beside every plan, including your own plan and the ones below it.

Replies from support now open by themselves
When support answers your ticket or sends you a message, the full reply now opens in a Message from support window the next time you open any page. A ticket reply shows Your question under it and a View ticket button. Press Got it and it won't show again; several replies share one window you can page through. Before, you only saw a reply if you noticed the bell and opened it.

Credit packs now go up to 20,000 credits for $159.9
Credit packs now run from $9.9 for 500 credits to $159.9 for 20,000. The $9.9 and $19.9 packs keep their own cards, and a slider beside them covers 2,500, 7,000, 10,000, 15,000 and 20,000 credits, showing the price, the cost per 1,000 credits and about how many Seedance 2.5 clips each size makes. The $39.9 pack now gives 2,500 credits, up from 2,400. Every pack is a one-time payment, valid for 12 months. Find them on Pricing and in Settings > Credits.
After you pay, Seadanse now tells you your video has started
When you buy credits to finish a render, you now come back to a window that says "Payment received. Your video has started." with the credits it used and a View in My videos button. Before, only a brief Task saved note appeared and the button still looked ready, so some people pressed it again and paid for the same video twice. Now, if you press again with the same settings within 2 minutes while that video is still rendering, Seadanse asks first, with Go to My videos or Make another.
Improved
Small reference photos are enlarged for you, or flagged at upload
If your photo is only slightly under the model's minimum size, Seadanse now enlarges it and the video renders as normal. If it is too small, you see the minimum size and your photo's size as soon as you pick it, before any credits are held. Before, a small photo could fail after you pressed Generate, with a message that read like a content block.
Videos made on free credits carry a watermark. Now, for trial videos you make from October 7 on, your first purchase of a credit pack or plan swaps each one for a clean copy shortly after, with a new cover, so the version you watch, share or download has no watermark. Before, buying unlocked the download button but the file still had the watermark.

Zombie Match Cut, Zombie Dog and Zombie Cat now make 20-second videos
All three now tell a 20-second story on Seedance 2.5, and in every shot before the cut the one who turns, person or pet, is clearly a zombie rushing at you at full speed. The memory after the cut runs longer too. One video costs 375 credits at 480p or 500 at 720p, so the $9.90 credit pack makes one 720p video. Before, these videos ran 15 seconds and 720p cost 825 credits.
The smallest credit pack is now 500 credits for $9.9, up from 495. It shows on Pricing, in Settings > Credits and in the window that opens when you press Generate or Create without enough credits, and every $9.9 pack you buy now adds 500 credits. No subscription is needed.
Gas Station Dance now says what the note box is for
In Idea mode the optional box is now Describe the AI cast (optional), and its hint says it is only used for spots without a photo. When all three spots have photos, the box is replaced by a line saying there's no one for AI to cast. Before, the box looked like it could change anything in the video, but with all three photos in, what you typed was not used.
Zombie Match Cut and Zombie Dog get a new 15-second story
On Seedance 2.5, the 15-second video now follows a story written for 15 seconds, so the action is no longer stretched out to fill the extra time. In Zombie Match Cut, the person who turns keeps their own face under light infection makeup, and the rush cuts straight into an embrace in the snow or grass. In Zombie Dog and Zombie Cat, the pet now clearly looks like a zombie, with milky eyes and matted fur, before the leap cuts to it healthy in your arms. Both the Zombie Match Cut and Zombie Dog pages show new samples.
Create a Zombie Match Cut, Zombie Dog or Zombie Cat video with Seedance 2.5 selected by default. New feature cards show the emotional reunion, lifelike pet movement and expressive cat details using frames from real effect samples. A 15-second render costs 375 credits at 480p or 825 at 720p; Seedance 2.0 and Fast remain available in the model menu.
Time Freeze now tells one street story from a single portrait
Upload one portrait and you walk down a street, snap to freeze the crowd, take a coffee cup, sip, hand it back and snap to bring the world back into motion. It runs on Seedance 2.5, and the page now explains each step and how to choose a photo. Before, you picked a street, cafe or subway scene.
Pricing now opens on Monthly, with Monthly listed first
The Pricing page, the plan sections on the homepage and the upgrade dialog now start on Monthly billing and list Monthly before Annual. Before, they started on Annual. You can still switch to Annual in one click, and prices are unchanged.
After you press Generate, you now see a Task saved message almost at once and can keep creating, while your photos are prepared in the background. Before, the button waited for that preparation to finish first. Follow progress in My videos.
Improved
Reference videos on Wan 3.0 and Seedance 2.0 are now priced into the credits you see
When you attach a reference video to Wan 3.0 or Seedance 2.0 (Standard, Fast or Mini), the credits beside the Generate button now include the reference seconds, and that is what is charged. Videos without a reference cost the same as before. On Wan 3.0 the length slider now stops at 30 seconds minus your reference length. The cost calculator has a reference-length slider too.
Every video effect page now has a model menu. Effects that ran only on Seedance 2.0 Mini now also offer Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5, and still open on Mini at the same price. Zombie Match Cut, Zombie Dog and Zombie Cat now open on Seedance 2.5 and also offer 2.0 and Fast; AI Rap Duo and AI Clone Video still open on 2.0. Seedance 2.5 makes 5, 10 or 15 seconds, so on it a 6- to 8-second effect runs 10 seconds and a 12-second one runs 15, and the price beside the button counts that length.
A $9.9 pack of 495 credits now comes first among the credit packs, before $19.9 for 1,100, $39.9 for 2,400 and $69.9 for 4,400. You can buy it on Pricing, in Settings > Credits, and from the window that opens when you press Generate without enough credits, which offers the smallest pack that covers what you are missing. The packs now also show under the plans on the home page and on model and tool pages. No subscription is needed.
