Raindance AI on Higgsfield: recast the music video with Genjutsu
The TikTok video that made the trend take off was posted on 26 September 2026, had 4.6 million views and stated it was made Via Higgsfield Genjutsu. Higgsfield Genjutsu uses Motion Transfer (it keeps a video's movement and camera and swaps in new people) to rebuild the scene using your images.
If you go this way, you'll upload your source video first: a music-video clip from 4 to 30 seconds long, plus up to 30 reference photos. The Genjutsu FAQ says "Each run shows its credit cost before you generate".
Higgsfield's Genjutsu page lists plans from $19 a month, billed yearly:
- Starter: $19 a month billed yearly, with 270 credits and no free Genjutsu generations.
- Plus: $47 a month billed yearly, or $59 monthly, with 1,200 credits and 3 free Genjutsu generations at 720p.
- Ultra: $99 a month billed yearly, or $129 monthly, with 3,000 credits and 3 free Genjutsu generations at 720p.

Kavel's Raindance AI clips: one photo and sign-up credits
Kavel's web page has six ready-made scenes, and you upload one photo to make a clip. You get 20 credits when you sign up, and a 4-second clip costs 10.
Once you're signed in, you can make free 4-second videos with those sign-up credits. Kavel's page says "The clip comes back with its own sound", so you'll add the song "Raindance" from TikTok's or Reels' sound library when you post.
If you want two people in the scene, Kavel suggests generating one clip per person and cutting them together in an editor.

Seadanse Raindance AI: the full 28-second video with the song for $9.90
On Seadanse, you add one or two photos to the Pier and Singer spots, with one person or pet in each photo. If you add just one photo, AI casts a made-up adult dressed for a beach at sunset for the empty spot.
You get the full 28-second scene, from the pier to the sunset. The video comes in a 4:3 frame, the same shape as the trend's own posts. Dave and Tems' original song plays from the first second, and you download it as an MP4 with no watermark.
The Create button shows $9.90. That price gets you a 500-credit one-time credit pack that covers one 720p video, or a 480p video at 375 credits with 125 credits remaining. There's no subscription, the pack credits last 12 months, and a failed video returns its credits automatically.
You don't need an account to get started. Everything you do happens in your browser, as a guest: you upload your photos, pick 480p or 720p, pay once and download the video. The email you used at checkout gets a link if you want to sign in and save your videos later.
Open the Raindance AI page on Seadanse to get the complete 28-second video with the original audio for $9.90 at 720p, with no app and no sign-up.
A Raindance AI sample from Seadanse: one photo in the Singer spot, the Pier cast by AI, 28 seconds in 4:3 with the original song. Both people are AI-generated.
One photo or two? Casting your Raindance AI video
The trend has two parts, and anyone can play either one:
- Pier: sits at the edge of the pier, snaps a photo and sits on the beach.
- Singer: walks forward, sings Tems' line and gets the close-ups.
Here's how each route handles them:
- CapCut: The template has one photo slot.
- PixVerse: Its template asks for two images to run.
- Higgsfield Genjutsu: You can upload up to 30 reference images.
- Kavel: Each clip uses one photo, and Kavel suggests two separate clips for two people.
- Seadanse: You can upload one or two photos, pets work in either spot, and the AI casts the empty role automatically.
To see the steps for setting up these roles, read how to make the Raindance AI video.
One photo is enough: put it in the Pier or the Singer spot, and AI casts the other part.
Is there a Raindance AI app? Where each route runs
Raindance AI is the name of the trend, not a standalone app. Some routes run in a phone app, and others run in your browser.
- Phone apps: CapCut and PixVerse Lite offer mobile editing templates on iOS and Android.
- In a browser: Higgsfield, Kavel, and Seadanse run on web pages, so you don't need to download anything from an app store.
You can run Raindance AI in your browser on desktop or mobile devices.
Signed out on seadanse.com: the Create button shows the one-time price before you pay.
