TL;DR — Bby Wow AI is the name for AI videos putting someone in the 9-second clip where a man walks in, bites a concha (a Mexican sweet bread roll with a sugar shell), and stares, named after KAROL G's song "BbY WOW"—the same meme called dime dime baby.
But the BbY WOW dance can also mean a dance routine to KAROL G's song. That's a different video, with no concha and no stare.
Seadanse's Dime Dime Baby AI for TikTok and Reels puts you in the clip from 1 photo. It's $9.90 for one 720p video, and you don't need to sign up.
You search for Bby Wow AI because you've seen that party clip everywhere. But when you try some tools, they hand you a club routine instead. You don't get the pastry bite or the deadpan stare you wanted.
That's because the trend's got three different names across three social apps.
TikTok users call it "dime dime baby." Instagram meme pages call the dancer "the Bby Wow guy." Over on KAROL G's official visualizer on YouTube, one top comment reads: "Came here after that cake eating guy."
Here's a guide that sorts out the two videos and names the man in the clip. It also shows you how to make the exact party scene you want.
What Is Bby Wow AI?
Bby Wow AI is the name for AI videos that put someone new in the Bby Wow guy's 9-second party clip. You take your own photo and drop yourself straight into the celebration. Here's what makes up the whole trend:
- The clip: A 2025 TikTok video shows a man walk across a party dance floor. He bites a concha, stares at the camera, and dances away.
- The song: The track "BbY WOW" by KAROL G with Judeline and rusowsky has the line "dime, dime, baby." That's the line that plays under the viral clip.
- The AI part: In October 2026, creators started swapping their own faces and outfits into the dancer's spot using AI tools.
You can add one photo to our Bby Wow guy AI video maker to put yourself directly into that exact scene.
Why Is the Bby Wow Meme Also Called Dime Dime Baby?
The Bby Wow meme is also called Dime Dime Baby because "Dime, dime, baby" is the line you hear. "BbY WOW" is the title of the song that line comes from. The Spanish lyric translates to "tell me, tell me, baby."
TikTok videos built around this meme use an uploaded audio clip featuring that exact vocal line.
In mid-October 2026, a popular green-screen meme on TikTok used both names side by side in its caption. That post had passed 557,000 views by October 21, 2026.
You'll find more about how the dime dime baby AI trend started across social feeds.
Who Is the Bby Wow Guy?
The Bby Wow guy is Eve Ramírez, whose TikTok @eve.el.cholo posted the original party clip on July 24, 2025. His original upload pulled in about 7.7 million views and 608,000 likes.
Most posts call the party a quinceañera (a girl's 15th-birthday party, a big celebration in Mexico).
His TikTok account uses the display name "El de la Mirada Preñadora." That's a Mexican joke name for his deadpan stare, and he often tags his videos with #lamiradapreñadora.
The description of a podcast interview four days later says his famous stare is "de Coahuila" (Spanish for "from Coahuila, Mexico").
Did the Bby Wow Guy Come From KAROL G's Song?
No, the Bby Wow guy's clip came first, on July 24, 2025. That's more than a year before KAROL G released "BbY WOW" on August 7, 2026. The real party dance happened long before the song existed.
By October 2026, TikTok creators began pairing his party footage with the catchy "dime, dime, baby" line from the track.
The song became a massive global hit and climbed to No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200. You can hear it on the song's official audio, which has 73.8 million views.
The track samples the 2003 Coolie Dance riddim. That's a Jamaican dancehall rhythm produced by Cordel "Skatta" Burrell.
Is the BbY WOW Dance the Same as the Bby Wow Guy Clip?
No, the BbY WOW dance is a routine people dance to KAROL G's song. The Bby Wow guy clip is a 9-second walk-in, bite and stare at one party. They share the same track, but they're completely different trends.
- The BbY WOW dance: A short group routine danced to KAROL G's song. It's often done by three dancers, as a creator's Karol G Bbywow Trio Guide shows.
- The Bby Wow guy clip: A single take of one man walking through a party hall. He bites sweet bread, stares into the lens, and dances into the crowd.
The concha bite and the stare are the easiest ways to tell them apart.
Viewers under KAROL G's videos often point out different dances. One asks "who's is here after watching the boys dancing video". Another writes "Aquí los que conocimos la canción por el baile del maestro shifuu" (Spanish for "here are those of us who found the song through Maestro Shifuu's dance").
| The Bby Wow guy clip | The BbY WOW dance | What it means for you | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What happens | One man walks in, bites a concha, stares into the camera, dances away | A short routine danced to the song, often by three people | Pick the tool that makes the one you mean |
| Where it starts | A TikTok party clip from July 24, 2025 | KAROL G's song from August 7, 2026 | The clip is older than the song |
| What you hear | The "dime, dime, baby" line | The song | Both use "BbY WOW", so the sound alone won't tell you |
| How to spot it | The concha and the stare | Choreography, no concha | Look for the bite in the tool's sample |
How Can You Tell Which Bby Wow AI Tool Makes Which Video?
You can tell which Bby Wow AI tool makes which video by checking whether its page mentions the concha and the stare. You'll see generator sites use different words and visuals, depending on which trend they support.
- The words: Words like "choreography," "routine," and "club groove" point to the dance routine. Words like "the party," "the concha," and "the stare" mean the meme clip.
- The setting: A dance studio, rooftop, or nightclub background means the dance routine. A party hall with guests at what most posts call a quinceañera means the clip.
- The example: The tool from media.io says it turns "one selfie into the viral BbY WOW choreography." Dreamina offers prompts for "original BbY WOW-inspired dance videos." Neither tool mentions sweet bread or the stare.
